Sahara Herald is the tour director for one of the biggest entertainment companies in Australia, Frontier Touring. Before that, Herald was the national event coordinator for the Big Day Out, a role that saw her oversee one of the world’s biggest travelling events for a staggering 18 years.
In her keynote, Herald will cover issues pertaining to Australia’s ever-changing large-scale touring environment and discuss the evolution she has witnessed in this space across her decades of her experience.
She’ll also open up about how her dream job quickly became a high-stress, drug-fuelled nightmare, how she recovered from the damage this did to her mental health, and how she bounced back in her new role: this time ensuring there’d be more balance and boundaries.
