#Festival Wristband Collection

BIGSOUND Festival is a wristbanded event. Wristbands must be worn at all times to gain entry to official festival venues. You can redeem your Rainbow or One Night pass from the pop-up Oztix shopfront in Fortitude Valley during BIGSOUND. 

Additional tickets/wristbands can be purchased on the night unless sold out.

#Important ticket info

  • Please ensure that you have your photo ID and ticket ready for presentation to the ticket office staff. 
  • To save the trees, you can download your eticket to your iPhone or smart phone for presentation. If not please print your ticket and bring a copy to the event.
  • Guests will not be issued wristbands to take from the ticket shop to give to others later, under any circumstances.
  • 4 night wristbands MUST be kept on for the duration of the festival. BIGSOUND takes no responsibility for guests who take their 4 night wristband off before the end of the event and replacement wristbands will not be issued.

#Delegate Pass Collection

You can collect your Delegate Purple Pass during the following times from:

Tuesday 3 September - 9am to 8pm
Wednesday 4 September - 9am to 8pm
Thursday 5 September - 9am to 5pm
Friday 6 September - 10am to 2pm

Cloudland, 641 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

Note: proof of identification must be shown when collecting your pass.

Your delegate pass will get you into all things BIGSOUND, including the festival venues. Strictly 18+ only.

STUDENT PASSES

  • Student IDs must be valid up to September 2019.
  • Student IDs must be presented when collected delegate passes at the event.
  • If your student ID is no longer valid at the time of the event, you will have to pay an additional $300 to claim your pass or forfeit it.
  • BIGSOUND is a strictly 18+ event.
  • BIGSOUND takes no responsibility for a delegate not being able to verify their student status.


IMPORTANT
Lost or stolen BIGSOUND delegate passes will not be replaced. 

A new delegate pass will need to be purchased at the full rate for continued access to BIGSOUND events, including showcases, parties and conference panels.
