Simon Moor

Simon Moor is the Managing Director of Kobalt Music Group APAC, responsible for Kobalt’s publishing, recordings and neighbouring rights divisions. Simon established the AU/NZ operations in 2010, followed by Hong Kong in 2016. Beyond Kobalt Simon is a non-executive director of AMCOS and AMPAL. Simon’s previous roles include Product Manager and A&R Manager for Sony Music, and Head of A&R for EMI and then Sony/ATV. Simon has worked with Flume (Future Classic), Dean Lewis (Specific Music), Gotye, Tash Sultana, Powderfinger, Bernard Fanning, The Hilltop Hoods, Tim Minchin, Angus & Julia Stone, Luke Steele, Silverchair (Eleven) and Jet among others.
