With a vision to impact generational social change, in 2017 Zack joined his brother Dylan Alcott and father, Martin to create Get Skilled Access. With a unique and innovative approach to accessibility and disability, the provide disability consulting services and training for organisations and government globally. Zack has directed multiple programs, including campaigns for leading national organisations like Google and Live Nation. Zack also sits on the board for The Dylan Alcott Foundation. Since 2018, Zack has managed Australia’s first inclusive music festival, Ability Festival, which aims to use music as an inclusive platform to normalise disability. Since its inception, Ability Fest has raised over $500K for young Australian’s with disabilities, promoting self-esteem through sports, music and study.
