Susan Emerson

Susan Emerson co-founded Auslan Stage Left in 2013 to enable and provide quality Auslan access at stage events, along with training for interpreters, deaf consultants and to those in the entertainment industry seeking assistance in delivering an Auslan accessible event. Susan is an accomplished Conference Level interpreter with over 30 years experience, specialising in stage events, concerts, musical theatre and International Sign. Auslan Stage Left has provided access, nationally, to a variety of events including: AbilityFest, Shoreshocked, Feel The Beat, PekingDuk, Cher, Mardi Gras, Priscilla, Mamma Mia, The Wiggles, Lion King and national Christmas Carols events, to name a few!
