With almost 30 years experience behind her, working across many facets of the music and entertainment industry, Elise's career started out behind a sound desk and evolved via many other desks to include tour management, event producing, managing recording studios, engineers and producers, live TV events, sporting events, large-scale event and festival operations, working on festivals including V Festival Australia, Good Vibrations, Future Music Festival, Bonnaroo (USA) and more. Elise now sits across all aspects of festival management and operations for Secret Sounds Group, that includes Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, and partnerships with Grow Your Own and Spinoff Festivals.
