Dr Oscar Serrallach MBChB FRACGP is a GP with training in Integrative Medicine. He is a director of The Health Lodge in Byron Bay, a first-of-its-kind medical centre in Australia where clients can actually stay at the centre and attend long stay wellness retreats. He is also author of the acclaimed book 'The Post Natal Depletion Cure', which supports mothers in their recovery from the physical and emotional challenges they face in the years after the birth of their child.
