Paul Abad

Paul Abad has worked as an event organiser in S.E QLD for over 20 years, and is the founding director of Earth Frequency Festival, one of QLD's longest running outdoor music festivals. Paul also tours around Australia as a DJ, manages international music and visual arts tours, and works with many other festivals by sharing his festival management software 'Convoq'. Festival safety, compliance and harm reduction best practice development is also an area Paul is becoming increasingly active in, utilising 2 decades of experience and learning towards positive progress and multi-agency collaboration at this critical time in the festival and events industry.
